"Le Laurier" : accommodation for 5 persons
This rental is available from 1 April to 31 October
This accommodation is 50 meters from the Domain Saint Martin in the village. Renting "Le Laurier" (the Laurel tree), you will have total access to Domain Saint Martin and all its conveniences: private parking, swimming pool, activities.
Ground floor
On the ground floor, there is a dining room of 12m2 with a large table, a 8m2 kitchen with electric multifunction stove, small refridgerator, a dishwasher, a family-size coffee-maker, and a side room with freezer, clothes washer and toilet.
Second level
On the second level, there is a 20m2 bedroom for two persons with a 160cm x 190cm bed, a 16m2 bedroom for three persons with three beds of 60x190cm and a bathroom with wc.
On the third level there is a summer kitchen and a 12m2 terrace, a living room of 28m2 with a television, a bathroom and wc.
In the summer, you can take your meals or relax outside on the terrace!
Rates include all utilities and costs except the official rental tax of 0.50 euros per day per person.
All linens - bedding and towels - are included.

All our kitchens are equipped with all the crockery
and utensils required to prepare your delicious
meals. We supply sheets and bath linen. A shared
pantry area houses additional freezers, as well
as washing machines, changing tables and irons.
Television. In the interior
courtyard, a gas-powered barbecue is at your disposal,
as well as tables and chairs, in order to allow
you to take advantage of enjoying dinner outside.
Our private parking is available for your car.
